Stones are considered inanimate “bodies” for not having their own life, but even so, they are a kind of matter that is modulated and transformed over the time. In fact, with or without life, this solid, rigid and structured material is a participant of both the present and the past preceding our origins because it is a primitive element from the Earth’s crust.
Often we look around with such a broad vision that we forget the small details, even the simple fact that the sum of these stones is the same as great rising mountains. That’s why I want to thank you lovers of stone work because stone reminds us of what we are and where we came from.
